东台鱼汤面起源于清乾隆年间,相传是由皇宫御厨采用东台特有食材制作而成,汤白质浓、味极鲜美,1915年荣获巴拿马国际博览会金奖,2015年被评为江苏省“非物质文化遗产”,民间评价“吃一碗,想三年”。东台鱼汤面馆面积800平方米,能够同时接待300人用餐,欢迎来宾品尝正宗美味的鱼汤面。
Dongtai fish-soup noodles originated during the reign of Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty. It is said that it was made by imperial palace chefs using the unique ingredients of Dongtai. The soup was white, thick and delicious. It won the Gold Medal of Panama Pacific International Exposition in 1915 and was named “intangible cultural heritage” of Jiangsu province in 2015. There is one sentence spreading in the folk, “if you eat a bowl of fish-soup noodles, you will miss it for three years”. Dongtai fish-soup noodle restaurant covers an area of 800 m2 and can accommodate 300 people at the same time. Guests are welcome to taste authentic and delicious fish-soup noodles.
